Our organic virgin olive oils are produced through a mechanical process following a traditional method. The oils are obtained through cold pressing (20 ºC) and stone crushing.
The oils produced from Empeltre olives, grown in the area of the Southern Aragon, present a characteristic golden colour and are sweet and velvety, with hints of almond.
Our oil is labelled and supervised by the Denomination of Protected Origin “Bajo Aragón”, an organization that guarantees the quality and safety of the product, as required by administrations from Aragon, Spain and Europe.
This is smooth oil, with a pleasant taste and mouth feel, with an aroma reminiscent of the olive tree. It is sweet and aromatic, with no bitter taste, which makes it ideal for salad dressings or to brush over toasted bread. Its sweetness makes this oil stand out from other virgin olive oils in the market, and ideal for consumption by children. When used for cooking it offers balance in stews, roasts and stir fries.
The Arbequina variety provides a fresh fruitiness oil of green olives with balanced bitterness, pungency and sweetness.
This oil offers different hints, aromas and tastes that are balanced, smooth but also rich. It is has a hint of green almonds and is ideal for salad dressings.

The bottles have tamper evident caps and are labelled P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) to guarantee the originality of the product.
